Privacy Policy

Vendiaro is a sole proprietorship operated by Tchishi Mwamba in Tucson, Arizona, United States. This policy describes the current account and pilot seller features at vendiaro.com. Purchases and payments are not available. Contact us about privacy at vendiaro.shop@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you register, we collect your email address, username, display name, password through our authentication provider, email-confirmation status, and records of agreement acceptance. If you choose to add a profile photo or apply to sell, we collect the photo and information you submit about your seller identity, inventory, sourcing, and inspection process. We also receive security and operational information such as IP addresses, browser data, and abuse-check results through our hosting, authentication, and anti-bot providers.

How we use it

We use this information to create and protect accounts, verify email addresses, display public profiles, evaluate seller applications, prepare listings, investigate reports, prevent fraud, and respond to support requests. Public usernames, display names, profile photos, approved seller descriptions, and any eventual published listings may be visible to visitors. Private seller-application answers are not intended for public display.

Providers and sharing

Our current infrastructure uses Supabase for authentication, database, and image storage; Vercel for website hosting; Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse checks; Resend for authentication email delivery; and Google Fonts for web fonts. Those providers process information needed to deliver their services. We may disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse, or to protect users and the service. We do not currently process marketplace payments.

Security, retention, and choices

We use access controls and security checks, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain account and seller information while needed to operate the pilot and for legitimate safety, legal, and recordkeeping purposes. You can edit your public profile in your account. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account data, email vendiaro.shop@gmail.com; we will review and respond subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Updates

We will update this policy before adding materially different data uses, including checkout, payments, or shipping. The current version will remain linked from the site.
