Marketplace Terms of Use

These rules supplement the Terms of Service. They apply to seller applications, private listing drafts, and future marketplace activity. Sales are not open yet. Shipping, returns, refunds, payments, and dispute procedures will be published and separately accepted before checkout begins.

Seller obligations

Sellers must have the legal right to sell every item. Use photographs of the actual device, not stock images. Accurately identify its model and specifications, condition, defects, repairs, missing parts, battery health where relevant, software and activation-lock status, and what is included. Do not claim an AI assessment proves the item was physically inspected. Keep evidence supporting material claims.

Prohibited items and conduct

Do not submit stolen, counterfeit, recalled, banned, unsafe, or unlawfully modified electronics. Do not conceal known damage, lock status, or ownership concerns. Do not impersonate another person, manipulate ratings, harass users, or direct users to pay outside the platform to evade safeguards. We may remove content or suspend seller activity while investigating a credible report.

Review and reporting

Automated screening may identify risk signals and route a listing to a person for review. It is not a guarantee that an item is safe, authentic, or accurately described. Report suspected fraud, unsafe items, or misleading listings to vendiaro.shop@gmail.com with the listing link and relevant details. We may request additional seller information and cooperate with lawful investigations.

Buyer responsibility

Review seller disclosures and ask questions before any future transaction. Do not treat a Product Report as a warranty. When sales open, the checkout page will show the applicable payment, delivery, return, and support terms before you commit.
