Terms of Service

These terms govern your Vendiaro account and use of vendiaro.com. Vendiaro is a sole proprietorship operated by Tchishi Mwamba in Tucson, Arizona, United States. Contact us at vendiaro.shop@gmail.com. By checking the agreement box and creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Marketplace Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

Current scope

Vendiaro currently offers account creation, profiles, seller applications, and preparation of private listing drafts. Public purchases, payments, and checkout are not available. We will publish transaction-specific policies before enabling sales; these account terms do not create a right to buy or sell an item.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the law provides otherwise. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.

Independent sellers

Where a future listing identifies an independent seller, that seller—not Vendiaro—offers the item and is responsible for its description, lawful ownership, condition disclosures, and fulfillment obligations. Vendiaro may screen, flag, or remove listings, but an automated review or Product Report is not a physical inspection, warranty, or guarantee. Vendiaro remains responsible for its own conduct and legal obligations; nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Vendiaro a limited license to store, display, process, and moderate it as needed to operate the service. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or unsafe content, or try to bypass platform security. See the Marketplace Terms of Use for listing-specific rules.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms prospectively and will present material changes for renewed acceptance before continuing affected account services. We will preserve prior versions and acceptance records.
